Learn about our micro-grants and how we support entrepreneurs
What is In Net Business?
In Net Business, a DBA of NOJK LLC, is a privately-funded initiative dedicated to empowering early-stage entrepreneurs. We offer one-time micro-grants ($100 or $500), informational resources, and community tools to help small business owners launch and grow. Learn more on our About Us page.
How do you select grant winners, and when are they announced?
It’s a simple, straightforward process. The In Net Business Team reviews and evaluates grant applications daily to select finalists for our monthly $100 grant and quarterly $500 grant. For the monthly grant, we discuss each finalist and vote to determine the winner. The monthly $100 grant winner is announced by the 21st of the following month. For the quarterly $500 grant, finalists are reviewed at the end of each quarter, and the winner is announced by the 21st of the following month. This news is shared publicly via our website, social media (e.g., Facebook), and email list. If you’ve applied, you’re automatically added to our email list to stay updated.
To apply, there’s a $1.99 application fee for the monthly grant and a $4.99 fee for the quarterly grant, which cover administrative costs and help fund future grants. If you’re awarded a grant, we’ll contact you using an email from our official domain: grants@innetbusiness.org.
What are the micro-grants, and who is eligible?

An application fee applies, which you can find more details about on our Micro-Grant Application page.
How does the application process work?
To apply for a micro-grant:
- Submit the application form for your chosen grant (monthly or quarterly) via our Monthly Micro-Grant Form or Quarterly Micro-Grant Form.
- Applications are reviewed monthly by our team.
- Selected recipients receive a one-time $100 or $500 grant, are notified by email, and may be featured on our website.
- If not selected, reapply each month or quarter.
Grants are awarded based on merit and alignment with our mission. Visit our Micro-Grant Application page to start.
Why are there application fees?
As a for-profit entity under NOJK LLC, we charge non-refunded application fees to cover administrative costs, fund micro-grants, and develop resources (see our Resources page). Fees are not tax-deductible and are processed as business transactions.
What are the rules for In Net Business microgrant winners?
To ensure our microgrants ($100 or $500) empower entrepreneurs, winners must follow these rules:
- Eligible Use of Funds: Use grants for business expenses outlined in your application, like equipment, marketing, or inventory. Ineligible expenses include personal use, debt repayment, or salaries.
- Proof of Fund Usage: Within 60 days of using funds or project completion, submit proof (e.g., receipts, photos, or a 250-500 word report) showing how the grant advanced your business. Email proof to grants@innetbusiness.org. Non-compliance may affect future eligibility.
- Timely Completion: Use funds within 6 months. Notify us at grants@innetbusiness.org for scope changes or extension requests.
- Transparency: Allow us to feature your business on our website or social media, with consent. Submit a 100-200 word testimonial with your proof of usage.
- Legal Compliance: Report grants as income to the IRS, if required, and comply with all applicable laws. We provide a grant confirmation letter but not tax forms unless mandated.
- Non-Transferability: Grants are non-transferable and must be used by the awarded business.
Follow these rules to maximize your grant’s impact. Questions? Email support@innetbusiness.org or join us on X with #InNetBusiness.
